I am a writer, public speaker, feminist activist, and retired attorney. My computer is on 16-17 hours a day, and my work is totally dependent on my having it in top working order at all times. When there is a problem, Dave responds promptly and professionally and takes care of the problem.
Some months ago, my hard drive crashed (fortunately, I had a backup system, which had been installed just two weeks earlier, at Dave’s suggestion) and, at a time when Dave was out of the city, I bought a new computer at the recommendation of a computer-savvy friend. That computer turned out to be a disaster. After Dave returned from his trip, he and I were able to return that computer, get a new one, which Dave recommended, which has worked like a charm ever since.
