Dave Johnston started Hey Computer Man! with the goal of bringing competent, affordable computer system support to the Sarasota-Manatee area. 

Who We Are

Chicago native and self-proclaimed "geek and tennis hack", Dave Johnston received his degree in computer science prior to beginning a 30-plus year career with IBM. 

During his years at IBM, he designed hardware and software, and worked on developing training programs and materials in the areas of hardware and software.

Dave is also a former adjunct professor of computer science at Utah State University.

A Sarasota area resident for 15 years, Dave is also an active member of many local charitable organizations.
